Due to the handcrafted nature and limited availability of our collections, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@aurevaa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage/defect (and the full item)

Once approved, we’ll offer a resolution (at our discretion):

(1) a replacement item (we cover shipping for the replacement), or

(2) store credit.

Because our pieces are small-batch and artisan-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as preference, change of mind, or “not as expected.” We encourage reviewing product dimensions and details carefully before ordering.

Yes. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for replacement/return approval.
