Refund policy

At Aurevaa, each piece is crafted and curated with utmost care. Due to the handcrafted nature and limited availability of our collections, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@aurevaa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:
(1) a replacement item (we will cover shipping for the replacement), or
(2) store credit.

 

Please note:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for replacement or return.
